The first of a series of noses drawn in hyperrealism on black paper with white and grey charcoal and conte. I was interested in the details and complex shapes that make up a nose but I also loved that once the nose is isolated and blown up, it begins to take on a new form. It almost begins to look like a creature in and of itself.
